Katsucon cometh!
I'll be attending Katsu for the first time this year, and I'm ever so excited. :) Decided last minute to hop on the Fire Emblem bandwagon, and I'll be bringing Leafa instead of Yase since she's easier to put on/travel with.
February has accidentally become vacation month too--I'll be up in Traverse City with my sister the weekend prior, and then I'm taking the week off before heading to D.C.! (Hopefully I'll have enough time to sew on my two days off!!)
In the interim, it looks like I'll now be attending TAGFest again. This even is at the Sea Gate Center in Toledo on January 24th! I'm hoping to wear Mami to it, but that depends on how my gy

I don’t necessarily feel any different, but I’m sure it’s happened. I’d like to think I got closer to some of my friends and that I’m actually making strides toward not letting myself feel “neglected.” Shit, I’ve actually hung out with multiple con friends on occasions that weren’t conventions. So. That’s progress in the “let’s not be such a freaking hermit” category.

So I've gone through and folderized my gallery and scrapped a bunch of things. I'm so reluctant to delete anything--what if I want to come back and laugh at it later?
I've steadily been turning this account into a cosplay account, mostly due to the fact that I don't really have time/motivation to draw now that I'm out of school. It may not be too long before I follow the trend and start shutting down this account, unfortunately. (The only reason I'm on as much as I am is really just that it's not blocked by the firewall at work.)
